In April of 2018, I made the decision to close down Invoking Joy.
Created in 2013 shortly after graduating from a holistic health coaching program, Invoking Joy has unlocked countless relationships and experiences for me. For that, I am forever grateful. I wouldn’t be the person I am today, on both a personal and professional level, without that first attempt at running and marketing a business.
It is those first years spent learning how to build and run a business that led me to an on-going obsession with all things digital marketing – as well as the possibility of virtual assistant work as a side-hustle. And it was that initial side-hustle that has opened up a world I couldn’t have dreamed of – a career that is as fun as it is gratifying, a community of quirky, creative, love-beams-in-human-form, and a field that offers as much variety as it does constant change and growth. A pinch-me-am-I-dreaming, glass-slipper-level perfect fit.
Don’t worry – this doesn’t mean I’m leaving you to your own devices. I’m still as passionate as ever about dismantling the diet-industry and here to help you cut through the bullshit.
